Hillside Wines is the trade sales division of Just Fine Wines, a privately owned wine merchant established by Martin and Sue Platts in January 1998.

Martin is a qualified chef and ex restaurateur with over 25 years experience in the wine trade, therefore well placed to offer sound advice on compiling and developing wine lists for hotels, restaurants, and bars.

We offer a comprehensive list design and print service including ongoing monitoring to maintain market interest and regular updating to avoid inaccuracies.

By working closely with small independent growers, wineries and agents throughout Europe and the new world, we are able to supply wines not marketed through UK’s multiples or High Street outlets.
